Each of the eight suites includes a private timber deck with a plunge pool overlooking the Sterkstroom River gorge. Rooms have floor-to-ceiling glass French doors, a lounge area, and an outdoor seating area. Some suites offer outdoor showers. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, electric blankets, a coffee machine, and a safety deposit box.

Meals are prepared by chefs and served by personal butlers. Menus feature homemade pasta (like gnocchi), biltong combinations, and South African wines. Special diet menus are available.
